Hollandiešu aizguvumi latviešu valodā

Bakalaura darbā apskatīti iespējamie holandiešu aizguvumi latviešu valodā. Kā pamatavots izmantota K. Karuļa “Latviešu etimoloģijas vārdnīca”, kurā no aptuveni 300 viduslejasvācu izcelsmes vārdiem 6 ir primāri uzrādīti kā holandiešu vai frīzu izcelsmes. Aizgūšanas process tiek skatīts, salīdzinot dažādas reģionālās etimoloģijas vārdnīcas – par lietuviešu, igauņu, vidusholandiešu, viduslejasvācu un vācu valodu vārdu izcelsmi. Kā teorētiskais pamats tiek izmantota Uriela Veinreiha monogrāfija “Languages in Contact” un tajā apskatītie aizgūšanas un interferences mehānismi.
